Traditional Hatha Yoga

Kripalu-style gentle Hatha Yoga for mixed levels. Move at your own pace and honor
your body’s needs. Practicing focus, balance and relaxation techniques, you will
stretch, strengthen and open your body with compassion.




Students are led through various movements that break down complete actions into their smaller component parts. This process leads to a clearer understanding of efficient movement and promotes improved flexibility, posture and pleasure of movement. The Feldenkrais Method is tremendously successful in reducing pain as well as improving balance, coordination and joy in moving.

Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
Kundalini Yoga classes are a dynamic blend of postures, pranayama, mantra, music and meditiation, which teach you the art of relaxation, self-healing and elevaton. And, by harmonizing the body's energy centers or chakras, there is a change in consciousness. Balancing body and mind enables you to experience the clarity and beauty of your soul. various stages of her pregnancy.  Visualization, breathwork
and gentle postures will focus on pelvic opening positions as
we begin to prepare for the birthing experience.
